Patch Notes Updates Hub

Vespera left Early Access and launched 1.0 on Steam on 4 September 2026. Early Access began 21 July 2026. This hub collects the patch themes that matter to a wiki reader: offline settlement, Tower math, Warden’s Farwatch Lens, Academy refunds, and the launch QoL pass. For the launch-day writeup open Patch 1.0. For the Early Access reliability train open Patch 0.15 notes. For official text, use Steam news and the Discord links on links.

Idle Gamers posted frequently during Early Access, then slower according to some August reviews. 1.0 is the moment to re-read notes instead of copying a mid-EA complaint into your next session.

Why patches matter in an idle RPG

If combat math changes while you are at work, you can wake up to a different character. Offline batching, XP budgets, and auto-mana rules are not flavor. They decide whether a 24-hour window is a gift or a wipe. Read combat and offline after every combat patch. Read Tower and Spire after every floor-XP patch. Read gathering after recipe or Mana Well changes.

Recent themes (0.15.x into 1.0)

  • Offline reliability — batch settlement, Offline Rewards button, no activity hijack when a calculation finishes, bounded extreme Spire.
  • Tower honesty — fixed floor XP, Reclamation baselines, first-clear catch-up to Combat Level 154 for Awakening I, Ascension Modules at 30/40/50, Tower gem collection, sapphire rename.
  • Warden — Farwatch Lens duration 12s, cooldown 15s, still +15% Dexterity.
  • Academy — Mana Well tiers 16–20 retuned with account-wide refunds in gold and Eternal materials.
  • Leather — Nullhide, Ghosthide, Everhide at two hides, no extra shard.
  • Divine salvage — Aberration Shard, Aether, Honing Stones.
  • Localization — Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Spanish strings for the systems above.

1.0 itself was announced as a major update with “Big QoL and bug fixes for Release 1.0.” That is the live baseline for this wiki.

How we will update this hub

When Steam news names a mechanic, this hub will link a guide instead of pasting a changelog wall. Class letters on the tier list only move when a note clearly buffs or nerfs a kit. Until then, play the class you like.

If a patch breaks a sentence on getting started or factions, the in-game client wins. This site is unofficial.

Version map for new buyers

You did not miss the “real” game. 1.0 is the numbered release. Early Access characters were not a different product; they were the same idle RPG with more loading-time scars. Compensation for Mana Well overpay was account-wide. If you bought during EA, log in, collect refunds, then follow the tools planner instead of restarting.

Screenshots, cinematic, and store identity still match: four classes, mercenaries, Academy, Tower, Spire, factions. The review covers whether that pile is for you.
